Foreclosure: How to Assist Homeowners

Summary
This program will discuss strategies to defend homeowners against foreclosures and alternatives to avoid foreclosures, including working with lenders, loan modifications, refinancing and short sales. State and federal lending laws and resources to prevent foreclosures will be discussed in addition to predatory lending.
